ARVD stands for Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia. Arrhythmogenic means causing an arrhythmia. The right ventricle is the chamber of the heart that is affected and dysplasia means there is an abnormality of the structure. ARVD is a specific type of cardiomyopathy (a disorder of the cardiac muscle). Simply put, ARVD is a genetic, progressive heart condition in which the muscle of the right ventricle is replaced by fat and fibrosis, which causes abnormal heart rhythms. ARVD is estimated to affect one in 5,000 people. The disease can affect both men and women. Although it is a relatively uncommon cause of sudden cardiac death, it accounts for up to one fifth of sudden cardiac death in people under 35 years of age.

Im developing a web application for a client. Its a Intranet Application for a recruitment company. I will offer it to other clients once it is complete and they are happy it is 100% to there satisfaction.

They will get it for free as they are the demo client. Once it is complete, employment agencies can manage there entire business via the application, including invoices, marketing, generating CVs for applicants if they wish.

Last night was a great evening. Had a reunion with 2 old friends from school.

We met at a restuarant called Cashmere in Umhlanga. We went with there buffet, and had a great range of food to try.

There was a great Indian Chicken Curry. It was so tasty, and had some naan bread with it as well.

Had a really enjoyable weekend.

Recently Torin has not been keen on walking on the beach. Everytime he is with me, i take him down to the beach, but recently he started screaming when ever i tried to get him on.

This weekend was different, Walked down and he loved it, he was even in the rock pools with me. Im so glad he is enjoying it again.
